EcoFlow Factory Warranty applies to products shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states 

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam are excluded from direct factory coverage

• Customers in these locations can receive support via P.E.T.S AND YOU’s Florida service center.

• If a replacement is required, we assist with shipping to/from Florida at significantly reduced rates.

• Optional CPS Extended Warranty available: Begins 30 days after purchase, covers shipping costs to and from excluded areas. Includes protection for the full original dollar value at time of purchase.
