Please contact help@petsandyou.org for assistance. We will help you create a return label and process your refund after receiving your returned items back, however, you may have to pay the return shipping cost, depending on the item.

Most unopened items sold by Pets and You Healthy Store have a 30 day return policy. You will receive a refund or exchange depending on the situation.

The Return window for items sold on Petsandyou.org begins once the order has been shipped by Pets and You Healthy Store.

Some items have a modified return policy noted on the product detail page, (refund exceptions), on PetsandYou.com in the item description. Items that are opened or damaged, or do not have a receipt, may be denied a refund or exchange.
