EcoFlow Warranty Overview

EcoFlow products come with manufacturer warranties that vary by model and category. Coverage begins upon delivery and may require registration through EcoFlow’s website for extended protection.

Portable Power Stations

  • DELTA 2, DELTA 2 Max, DELTA Pro 3, DELTA 3 Plus, RIVER 2 Series, RIVER 3 Max Plus: 5 years
  • DELTA Max, DELTA Pro, DELTA Mini, RIVER Max, RIVER Pro: 24 months (optional extensions available upon registration)
  • DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter: 5 years

Extra Batteries

  • DELTA 2 Extra Battery, DELTA Pro 3 Extra Battery, DELTA Pro Ultra Battery: 5 years
  • DELTA Max Smart Extra Battery, DELTA Pro Smart Extra Battery: 24 months (extendable)

Smart Devices & Generators

  • Smart Generator: 12–24 months depending on model
  • Smart Generator 4000 (Dual Fuel): 3 years
  • Wave Portable AC & GLACIER: 12 months (extendable upon registration)

Solar Panels

  • Portable Panels (60W–400W): 12 months
  • Rigid Panels: 5–10 years depending on model
  • Flexible Panels: 3 years

Power Kits & Accessories

  • Power Hub, Smart Home Panel, Batteries, Distribution Panels: 5–10 years
  • Accessories (chargers, cables, adapters): 12–24 months

Territorial Limitations

Factory warranty service is available only within the 48 continental U.S. states.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands via Florida freight forwarders must coordinate warranty service through Florida logistics centers.

If a replacement is approved, the item must be returned to Florida. Return shipping may be discounted, depending on the situation.

Extended Warranty Options

CPS extended warranties activate after the factory warranty ends, providing up to 4 additional years depending on the product.
Combined protection may reach up to 9 years total for select models.

These plans are strongly recommended for island customers, ensuring full product support, replacement value, and assistance with shipping should a covered issue arise.
