P.E.T.S AND YOU, LLC coordinates with designated freight forwarding partners based in Florida to facilitate shipments to U.S. island territories.

Freight-Forwarded Delivery via Ocean Transport

Eligible orders are shipped twice per week via a trusted ocean freight partner. Items are insured throughout transit and typically arrive within 10–20 business days.

Smaller packages and select products—such as qualifying solar panels—may be eligible for direct USPS shipment depending on size and declared value.

Certified Handling of Regulated Items

As Certified Dangerous Goods Shippers, we prepare compliant shipments of products requiring regulated handling (e.g., power stations, generators, air conditioners). All shipping is routed exclusively through authorized forwarding channels.

Warranty & Support Information

Factory warranties are valid only for deliveries within the 48 continental United States.
For shipments forwarded to island territories, warranty coordination must occur through our Florida logistics center. In approved cases, return shipping to Florida may be available at a discounted rate.

Optional Extended Coverage

CPS extended warranties begin after the factory warranty period and may provide up to four additional years of protection
