Please Note

If you live outside the continental USA—including Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii—and need warranty service, you may be required to ship the unit back. In most cases, we will assist and cover the return shipping to the EcoFlow USA service center in Florida.

Power stations must be shipped using specific Dangerous Goods procedures. Do not ship your unit without first contacting EcoFlow for instructions.

Solar panels and smaller items may ship in separate boxes and may arrive with different tracking numbers.
