Warranty

This bundle includes a 5-year warranty on the DELTA Pro 3 power station and Smart Extra Batteries. The 400W Rigid Solar Panels also carry a 5-year warranty. All cables and accessories are covered under a 12-month warranty. Warranty begins upon receipt of physical goods.

EcoFlow Factory Warranty applies to products shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. 

• Customers in Island locations can receive support via P.E.T.S AND YOU’s Florida service center.

• If a replacement is required, we assist with shipping to/from Florida at significantly reduced rates.

• Optional CPS Extended Warranty available: Begins 30 days after purchase, covers shipping costs to and from excluded areas. Includes protection for the full original dollar value at time of purchase.
